Refund Policy

At Wayward Wildlings, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns:
  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unused and in their original condition
    • In original packaging, with all tags or labels intact
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Non-Returnable Items:
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
In addition, the following items are also non-returnable:
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sale or clearance items marked “final sale”
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Exchanges:
We will gladly replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If this applies to your order, please contact us at waywardwildlings@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds:
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
  • For secure delivery, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
